| Pamela Ferguson came to Vilnius in March, 2006, conducting two workshops in Self-Shiatsu that drew much favorable response. Pamela has long been teaching Shiatsu in the United States and Europe, providing valuable hands on experience to those interested in expanding their view of traditional medicine and therapeutic techniques. One of the workshops was featured in the magazine Ekstra (Nr. 17, 2006 04 24-30) published in Vilnius. In addition to her book on Self-Shiatsu, she has also written Take Five, which combines the Five Elements with everyday life experiences that allow you to focus better on your health and well being. Ferguson Studio was very happy to host these workshops, as we seek to integrate a healthy lifestyle with a healthy home and work place. Shiatsu not only provides relief to the various tensions incurred during the day, but is a way to better focus your life, and achieve goals that you set for yourself. We recommend Take Five as a good introduction as to how you can incorporate the Five Elements into your everyday patterns. |
